Harbor Petals provides a range of floral design and retail services including, but not limited to, fresh flower arrangements, custom bouquets for events, plant sales, local delivery services within our specified area, floral workshops, wedding florals, and sympathy flowers.

Redelivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address information, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Due to the seasonal nature and availability of fresh flowers and plants, actual products may vary slightly from images displayed on our site. While we endeavor to match images, we reserve the right to substitute flowers, plants, and other components with items of equal or greater value and similar aesthetic, maintaining the overall feel and quality of the arrangement.
5. Floral Workshops and Events

Registration: Registration for workshops and events is subject to availability and completed upon full payment. Specific terms for each workshop, including cancellation and refund policies, will be provided at the time of booking.

Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, other participants, and our property during workshops. Harbor Petals reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
6. Returns and Refunds

Fresh Flowers and Plants: Due to their perishable nature, returns for fresh flowers and plants are generally not accepted unless there is a verifiable issue with quality or a significant deviation from the order. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable items may be returned within a specified period, in their original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange, subject to our discretion and applicable restocking fees.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including but not limited to designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Harbor Petals or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials without express written consent from Harbor Petals is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harbor Petals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Nova Scotia to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
